Jim is a University of West Georgia graduate where he completed studies in Business Administration with a focus in Management. He graduated with honors and in the top 10% of his class. Jim began his career as a sales manager and operations manager for 6 years. He also served in law enforcement before moving into the real estate industry in 2015. Jim has excelled in property management, specializing in improving underperforming properties. He has overseen management transitions as well as property acquisitions including multifamily and retail properties. In 2019 Jim earned his CAM certification and in 2023 obtained his real estate license.

Jim serves as a Senior Business Manager and mentor for onsite management teams. Where he is an active member with the Atlanta Apartment Association and National Apartment Association. He also serves on the Buckhead Security Council for Livable Buckhead.

In addition to property management, Jim also serves as a Deacon in his local church as well as on the church vision team, youth advisory team, and volunteers with the children’s program.

During his spare time, Jim enjoys watching his two boys play soccer, as well as participating with his church softball team. His wife is currently serving as a children’s minister. Jim also enjoys carpentry, wood working, and being outdoors. His passion to help others, ambition, and leadership ability will continue to be the driving force in his success.
